- How much does it cost?
Answer: All of our plans, features, and prices are listed here; http://www.netidnow.com/website-builder/webstudio-prices.html. Web hosting is included in all of our plans and unlimited access to your website design and management console. All ecommerce plans include shared security certificate (SSL) for secure shopping and checkout.
- How easy is it to get my website setup?
Answer: Very easy. Most websites can be setup in a matter of just a few hours. We recommend first getting your core website setup on the Internet. Then enhance and refine your website based on competitive analysis and feedback from your customers.
- How long does the no-risk trial last?
Answer: The trial period lasts 10 days. This gives you plenty of time to explore the service and get your website started. We do not require any credit card information unless you decide to activate your website account.
- Can I use my own hosting?
Answer: All websites built with our website builder have to be hosted on our servers in order to work correctly. Our WebStudio website builder plans are complete website solutions and the price includes web hosting, email, and everything else you need to run your online business.
- Can I install software on my website?
Answer: Our hosting platform does not support installation of 3rd party applications, server side scripting, or databases at this time.
- Do I get email accounts?
Answer: Yes, each account includes everything you need to communicate with your customers. This includes POP3 email accounts, mail forwarding, auto-responder and spam settings.
- What if I have questions or need help getting my website setup?
Answer: Our Support Team will be glad to help with any questions you may have regarding your website. All of our support is done via email and our response time is normally less than an hour during our posted operating hours. There are also some very helpful tutorials in the "help" section of your website control panel and on our website which can help you with your website in addition to our support team.
- Can I upgrade my website if I need additional features?
Answer: Yes. You can upgrade your website at any time.Simply go to your Admin page of your website control panel and select the "Upgrade plan" link under the "My Account" section.The details for each plan is available, as well as Add-ons & Upgrades.
- Are there any hidden or setup fees?
Answer: No, the monthly fees listed for each of our website plans are the only fees we charge. Domain name registration and merchant account / gateway charges are extra if you require those items. Additional nominal monthly fees are required for special add-ons to your website such as password protected pages, extra storage space, communication features (Message Board and Chat Room), site search, or any other custom configured components.
- Do you allow Adult Content?
Answer: We do have several websites that are "adult themed" and do not have problems with adult themed websites (lingerie/adult novelty). However, we DO NOT allow hosting of explicit images or pornography of any kind. The adult themed websites must be done tastefully and suitable for the general public.
- Do you offer Mobile web pages?
Answer: Yes, you can create optimized pages for your website to be viewable on mobile devices like the iPhone or Blackberry. Mobile websites have reduced text and graphics so they load faster and look good on smaller screens. The mobile support is not for all mobile devices. It is designed to work with advanced mobile smartphones such as the iPhone and Android based devices that have full HTML support.
- What if I can't figure out how to use your software?
Answer: Our software is fairly easy to use to build and manage your website and our support team will be happy to assist with general questions regarding our website builder. However, if you need extensive assistance or just want us to build your entire website for you then you will be referred to our "custom services".
- What payment options do you offer?
Answer: Credit card payments are the preferred method and offer a month to month service agreement which allows you to cancel the service at any time if you so decide. We do offer pay-by-check or money order option but require that you pre-pay for 3 months of service in advance. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an invoice.
- When do you do the billing for my website?
Answer: All of the billing is done by our automated billing system on the first of each month.
- How can I update and/or view my billing information?
Answer: You can securely view and edit your billing information at any time directly from your website control panel. From the Admin screen click on "My Account" and follow the appropriate link from there.
- Is there a contract length?
Answer: No, there is no contract length.
- Can I cancel my website account at any time?
Answer: Yes, you can cancel at any time. To avoid any additional charges, we ask that you cancel your account before the next billing period which is the first of each month. Service fees are non-refundable. Your website account can be cancelled through your website control panel or you can send a cancellation request to email@example.com.
- There is a charge on my credit card statement from SiteBuilderBilling.com.
Answer: If you see charges on your credit card from SiteBuilderBilling.com it is because you have a website built with our website builder or a domain name registered through our system. To contact customer service with questions about your account, login to your website control panel and click the support link.
If you do not have a website or do not know how to contact customer service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- What is a domain name?
Answer: A domain name is what you type into the address bar of a web browser to get to your website. An example of a domain name is www.mycompany.com. Your website and domain name are two separate entities.
- I already have a domain name, can I use it here?
Answer: Yes, setting up an existing domain is not a problem. Once you activate your account, select the "Domain manager" icon on your Admin page. Click on the "setup existing domain" option. Follow the prompts and you will be provided with all of the necessary information on how to point your existing domain to the new website.
- How do I register a new domain name?
Answer: Once you activate your account, you can select the "Domain manager" icon on your Admin page. Under the "Register a new domain" section, type in the domain you want to register along with the domain extension (i.e. .com, .net, etc.) and click on the "search" button. The results will show whether or not the domain is available to be registered. If the domain is available, click on the "Continue" button.
- I tried to register a name but it was not available. Why?
Answer: It is likely that name has already been registered by someone else. You will need to find another name that is not already taken.
- How long will it take for my domain name to be setup?
Answer: It usually takes 24 -48 hours after you register or modify the DNS settings for an existing name for it to be available for use.
- Can I have more than one domain name point to my website?
Answer: Yes, your website can be setup to respond to more than one domain name. Once you have one in place you can add more by selecting the "Domain manager" on your Admin page. If you already have purchased the additional domain(s) then choose "existing domain" option, otherwise go through the registration process. Additional information to finish the setup will be provided during this process.
- I have a typo in a domain name I registered. Can you change it?
Answer: No. Unfortunately, domain name registrations are final and cannot be changed. You will need to register a new name with the correct spelling. Domain registration fees are nonrefundable.
- If I buy a domain name, will I be listed as its owner?
Answer: Yes. You will be the owner of the name and would be listed as its owner.
PLEASE NOTE: Since you are the owner of your domain name, it is your responsibility to verify that the registration of your domain name is complete. And, when the domain name registration comes up for renewal, the Domain Name Registration Company ordinarily will email the contact for your domain to remind you it will soon expire. We also provide you with a reminder on your Admin page. If you do not keep your domain name's registration current, then the domain registration will expire and the domain would then become available for others to register. It is your responsibility to be certain that you keep your domain name registered.
- Do you offer Domain Privacy Option?
Answer: Yes, you can purchase and enable the domain privacy option.You can do this directly from your Admin page by clicking on the "domain manager". Select the "manage domain" link next to the domain name you want to setup the privacy protect option. From here, you can access your domain control panel and all of the available options.
- How do I set up my email address?
Answer: To setup an email address, your account must first be activated and your domain name set up. On your Admin page, select the "Email Accounts" link. Select the "Add Mail Account" button and follow the instructions for setting up your email addresses.
- Do you offer Webmail?
Answer: Yes, the website builder webmail system provides easy access to send and receive email using your web browser. You can access your email from any computer that has access to the internet. Webmail is the easiest way to access your email from multiple locations.
- How do I access Webmail?
Answer: The webmail system is accessible through this url: http://webmail.bizsiteservice.com. You can also login to webmail directly from the website control panel by clicking the "webmail service" icon located on your Admin page.
- Can I set up my email using a third party email program such as Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird?
Answer: Yes, to use your email accounts in your email program, you need to add the account information. This information lets the email program access your email account on the website builder mail systems. All email programs are different, but require the same basic information to send/receive email. Select the "setup/help" link next to the email account for instructions on setting up your accounts.
- Do you offer a webmail upgrade?
Answer: Yes, there is a $10/month fee for 100MB of additional webmail space. This space could be divided between the different accounts.
- Can I setup an email alias?
Answer: Yes, email aliases allow you to add additional email addresses/names to an email account. With aliases setup you can have one email account receive email for many different email addresses. You can set this up by selecting the "edit" link next to the email account.
- Can I forward my emails?
Answer: Yes, with email forwarding enabled, you can set email received on one email account to be forwarded to a different email account. Forwarding can only be set to email accounts not hosted by us. We cannot guarantee delivery of forwarded email since the email server being forwarded to may not allow forwarded emails or consider them to be spam. Also, all forwarded email will be subjected to spam filtering.
- Do you have email limitations?
We only offer POP3 email accounts, no IMAP.
Standard email accounts we provide is limited to sending to 100 recipients per email with no disk space or file size limits.
Webmail storage is 20MB with a send limit of 1000 per day.
Max Webmail message size is 10 MB.
Webmail attachment limit is 1MB.
- What type of marketing services and information are included in the service?
Answer: The WebStudio website builder marketing center provides you with a library of resources, ideas and know-how for using your website to generate business. You will find information on how to setup your website as an effective sales tool, marketing ideas, traffic generating techniques and our search engine submission module.

- Will my website be submitted to the search engines?
Answer: Yes, search engine submission is included with the service.
- How do I get customers to my website?
Answer: The marketing center offers all the information you need to get your website properly setup for the search engines. Once that is done you can use the submission feature to have your website submitted to the search engines. This is only the first step. The marketing center also includes information about web directories, topic specific locations, link placement, social networking, premium search engine positioning, non-internet marketing techniques and more. Getting customers to your website is only the first step. After that you need to make sure that you have a website that is designed to generate interest and sales.
- How do I track statistics about traffic on my website?
Answer: Each plan includes tracking statistics that give you information about visitors and pages hits on your website.
